This silky, lightweight texture-refining face moisturiser smooths the look of skin and helps create a more even tone. This powerful face moisturiser features a 8% Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) blend of Glycolic and Citric Acids to reduce visible signs of ageing such as dark spots, fine lines, wrinkles and dullness.

Glycolic Acid: a natural component of sugar cane that normalises the skin’s exfoliation process, refining the appearance of pore size and smoothing the look of fine lines and wrinkles as it retexturises skin. Glycolic Acid is known to be the workhorse of the Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) family for those looking to really retexture and refine their skin’s surface. Citric Acid: found naturally in citrus fruits and is a powerful Alpha/Beta Hydroxy Acid (AHA/BHA) that has antioxidant and corrective anti-ageing effects, helping to minimise the visible signs of photo-damage. This AHA/BHA gives the added benefit of being a powerful antioxidant to help protect skin against the visible signs of oxidative stress and make skin appear more youthful.

What Makes This Special

Application

Apply a small amount of Glycolic Renewal Smoothing Cream to face and neck daily following cleansing. If you are a first-time Glycolic Acid user, begin using this exfoliating face cream once every other day and gradually work up to twice daily use over a 1 to 2 week time period.

Pro Tip: Don't forget the SPF! When using an exfoliating regimen like The Resurface Collection, sunscreen is an essential part of a healthy skin routine and can help fend off future skin damage as well as help prevent skin cancers. Apply sunscreen liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours.

Sunburn Alert: this product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterward.
