Shipping policy

Dispatch

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You will be notified if any products on your order are not available at the time of dispatch, and where possible an alternative product shall be offered. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

 

UK Orders

For UK postage, we use Royal Mail 48 Tracked so we can be satisfied that your parcel has arrived within 2-3 business days. Apart from peak postage seasons, the vast majority of our buyers are happy with this If you have not received your product within 10 days of placing the order, do contact us on hello@junoskin.co.uk so we can investigate.

 

EU Orders

Your order is dispatched from the United Kingdom and may be subject to customs charges in your receiving country. We are not liable for these charges and should you decline to pay such charges and the product is not returned within the 28 day period from dispatch, no refund will be issued. Please be aware that refunds for these cases are subject to a 3% administration fee.

Express delivery is only available for EU orders where the customs fee is paid in advance.

Other International Orders

Your order is dispatched from the United Kingdom and may be subject to customs charges in your receiving country. We are not liable for these charges and should you decline to pay such charges and the product is not returned within the 28 day period from dispatch, no refund will be issued. Please be aware that refunds for these cases are subject to a 3% administration fee.
