Sh-Oligopeptide-1

Sh-Oligopeptide-1, also known as Synthetic Human Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring EGF. Sh-Oligopeptide-1 is identical to EGF. A trace amount of EGF can strongly promote skin cell division and growth, and it can also stimulate the synthesis and secretion of extracellular macromolecules (such as hyaluronic acid and glycoproteins).

Benefits:

  • Cellular Regeneration and Skin Renewal: Sh-Oligopeptide-1 functions as a cell-signaling molecule, stimulating the skin's natural regeneration process. This action promotes increased cell turnover, aiding in the repair of damaged skin, and enhancing overall skin texture and tone.
  • Collagen Synthesis and Elasticity Improvement: One of its pivotal roles includes prompting collagen synthesis, crucial for skin elasticity and firmness. By encouraging the production of collagen and elastin fibers, Sh-Oligopeptide-1 contributes to reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin.
  • Wound Healing and Tissue Repair: Scientific studies highlight Sh-Oligopeptide-1's ability to accelerate wound healing and aid in tissue repair. Its regenerative properties support faster recovery from skin injuries, including cuts, burns, or post-procedure skin rejuvenation.
  • Anti-Ageing Effects and Skin Vitality: Through its role in cell proliferation and collagen production, Sh-Oligopeptide-1 diminishes visible signs of ageing. By fostering healthier skin cells, it helps create a more youthful complexion, promoting skin vitality and radiance.
  • Skin Barrier Reinforcement and Hydration: Sh-Oligopeptide-1 aids in reinforcing the skin barrier, bolstering its integrity, and reducing moisture loss. This supports optimal hydration levels within the skin, enhancing its resilience and suppleness.
